Age restriction

Our products contain nicotine and are for adult smokers and existing nicotine users aged 18 or over only. It is illegal to buy vaping products for anyone under 18.

You confirm that you are 18 or over when you first visit this website and again when you place an order. On deliveries we make ourselves, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, we operate a Challenge 25 policy: if you appear to be under 25 we will ask to see photo ID at the door. The only documents we accept are a driving licence or a passport, and an order we cannot hand over on that basis is returned and refunded in full. Orders posted elsewhere rest on the confirmation you give at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order where we are not satisfied that the buyer is 18 or over, and will refund it in full.

Products & pricing

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
  • We work to keep prices, stock and product information accurate, but errors can happen. If we spot a pricing error we'll contact you before dispatching your order.
  • Product images and flavour descriptions are a guide and may vary slightly from the item supplied.
  • All products are TRPR/TPD-compliant and notified to the MHRA.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we accept and dispatch it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, or where we are not satisfied that the buyer is 18 or over, and will refund any payment taken.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship outside the UK and cannot accept orders for delivery to any other country. A non-UK delivery address is refused at checkout.

Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out on our returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
