What we collect
- Your name, delivery address, email and phone number when you place an order.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or over, which we must have before selling nicotine products. We don't collect or keep any identity document, on our own deliveries around Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole we work Challenge 25, so if you look under 25 we look at your ID at the door and hand it straight back. Nothing is photographed, scanned or recorded.
- Order and payment information needed to process and deliver your purchase.
- Basic technical information (such as your browser type) and the contents of your basket, which is stored on your own device.
How we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
- To satisfy ourselves that you are 18 or over, as the law requires.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
We only share your information where it's necessary to fulfil your order, for example with delivery couriers and payment providers. We never sell your personal data.
Analytics
If you agree to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records how the site is used, not who you are, and we do not share the data for advertising. Nothing is loaded until you accept, and you can change your answer at any time from our cookie policy.
Your rights
