Ordering & Tracking

It is absolutely safe to order online as we do not store any card details, the only thing we will hold will be your name and address when you set up your account.

We will pick, pack, and despatch all orders the same day up to our 3pm cut-off. Occasionally delays can occur due to incorrect details, age verification issues, stock levels or courier disruptions — these things are usually out of our hands but we’ll always let you know if that happens.

Yes. After checkout, a summary screen will display your order details, billing address, shipping method, and items ordered. A confirmation email is also sent — please keep this as your receipt.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a despatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Troubleshooting

Check if the device has been accidentally switched off — most vapes can be toggled on/off by pressing the fire button rapidly 3–5 times.

Make sure the battery has enough charge.

Clean the connection between the battery and the tank or pod — residue can interrupt the circuit.

If the device uses a removable battery, try a fresh one to rule out a faulty cell.

Gently rotate the tank and check if it’s sitting crooked — a knock or drop can misalign it.

Unscrew the tank and inspect the connection pin for debris. Clean with a dry cloth.

Remove and reinstall the coil, making sure it’s fully seated.

Try an alternative coil or tank to rule out a faulty component.

Confirm the device is on and has battery remaining.

Check there’s enough e-liquid in the tank or pod.

Clean the connection between the pod/tank and the battery.

The coil may be flooded — remove it, flick lightly to clear excess liquid, then reinstall.

If your device has adjustable airflow, make sure it isn’t fully closed.

Remove the mouthpiece (if possible) and flick the device downward over a tissue to clear excess liquid from the coil.

Check the tank isn’t overfilled — leave a small air pocket at the top.

Make sure the tank isn’t over-tightened, as this can distort the coil seal.

Consider replacing the coil if it’s been in use for a while.

Try a higher-VG e-liquid — thinner, high-PG liquids are more prone to flooding coils.

Check the device hasn’t been left somewhere hot — heat thins e-liquid, making leaks more likely.

Inspect the coil and replace if needed, following the priming process for the new coil.

Make sure the tank is fully assembled with all seals correctly in place.

Avoid storing the device on its side or upside down.

Avoid overfilling — leave a small air gap at the top of the tank to create a vacuum that helps prevent leaks.

Ensure the coil, base, and seals are all correctly fitted.

Very thin liquids can seep through seals more easily — try a higher-VG option.

Store the device upright when not in use.

Some devices have a stealth mode that keeps the screen dark while vaping — check your instruction manual to see if this is enabled.

Try a hard reset if your device’s instructions describe one.

If the screen remains blank after charging, there may be a hardware fault — contact us for support.

Some darkening is perfectly normal and doesn’t mean the liquid is unsafe. Common causes include:

Oxidation from exposure to air, heat, or UV light

Higher nicotine strengths, which are more reactive.

E-liquid sitting in a warm tank for an extended period,

Store e-liquids in a cool, dark place. If the taste is noticeably off alongside the colour change, replace both the liquid and the coil.

 

Drink more water — vaping can be mildly dehydrating.

Slow down between puffs to allow the coil to recover.

Make sure your tank has enough liquid to prevent dry hits.

Try a higher-VG e-liquid, which tends to be gentler on the throat than high-PG blends.

If you’re using a high nicotine strength, gradually stepping down may help. faster than unflavoured or lightly flavoured options.

We despatch Monday to Saturday. Place your order before 3pm for same-day despatch, which qualifies for next-day delivery with Royal Mail (however not on a Sunday)

A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order leaves us — It includes your tracking number and courier details.

Please email us with clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and your order reference number. Our team will be in touch promptly to arrange a resolution.

We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve things as quickly as possible.

Once an order has been despatched, we’re unable to change the delivery service. However, many couriers allow you to redirect a parcel or rearrange delivery directly through their own tracking system — check the link in your despatch email.

Vaping FAQ's

Disposable vape alternatives: Pre-filled, rechargeable kits — simple to use and a great starting point.

Pod kits: Compact devices using replaceable or refillable pods. Ideal for everyday use.

Starter kits: Straightforward devices designed for those new to vaping.

Sub-ohm kits: Higher-power devices producing larger clouds, better suited to experienced vapers.

Mods: Advanced devices with precise control over power, temperature, and airflow.

Mouth to Lung (MTL): Draw vapour into your mouth first, then inhale into your lungs — similar to smoking a cigarette. Works best with higher nicotine strengths and produces less vapour. Most popular with people switching from cigarettes.

Direct to Lung (DTL): Inhale vapour straight into the lungs in one smooth draw. Produces much larger clouds and suits lower-nicotine, high-VG liquids. Generally preferred by more experienced vapers.

E-liquid typically contains four core ingredients:

Propylene Glycol (PG) — carries flavour and provides throat hit.

Propylene Glycol is a synthetic, water-soluble liquid used widely in food production, cosmetics, and medicine. In e-liquid it acts as the primary flavour carrier and produces the throat hit sensation. It’s considered non-toxic and safe for human consumption. Higher-PG liquids are thinner, produce less vapour, and deliver a more pronounced throat hit.

Vegetable Glycerine is a thick, naturally derived liquid with a slightly sweet taste. It’s responsible for producing vapour clouds and is considered non-toxic. Higher-VG liquids create denser clouds and a smoother inhale, making them popular for sub-ohm vaping.

Sub-ohm vaping uses a coil with a resistance below 1 ohm (typically under 0.4 ohm). The lower resistance allows more power through, heating a larger coil surface area and vaporising more liquid — resulting in bigger clouds and more intense flavour. These devices suit high-VG, lower-nicotine liquids and direct-to-lung vaping, and are generally better for experienced vapers.

Drip a few drops of e-liquid directly onto each wick hole on the side of the coil.

Leave it to soak for at least 5–10 minutes before fitting.

Fill your tank and allow it to stand for a few more minutes.

Start at a lower wattage and gradually increase over several puffs rather than firing at full power immediately.

Coil lifespan varies based on usage frequency, power settings, and e-liquid type. As a rough guide:

Light use: Every 2–4 weeks.

Regular use: Every 1–2 weeks.

Heavy use: Once a week or sooner.

Signs it’s time to change: burnt or muted flavour, reduced vapour, or a dark/gummy coil on inspection.

“E-cigarette” was the term used for early vaping devices that closely resembled traditional cigarettes. These were simple battery and cartridge combinations. The term is still used loosely today, though modern vaping devices are far more varied and technically advanced.

Light use: Every 2–4 weeks.

Vaping is intended as an alternative for adult smokers. It is not recommended for non-smokers or anyone under 18.

Returns & Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please see our full Returns Policy page for complete terms.

Email us with your original order number and the item(s) you wish to return along with the reason. Once confirmed, we’ll provide return instructions. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.

Contact our team as soon as possible by phone or email with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll organise a replacement or refund promptly.

Stock Checks

If a product isn’t listed, it either means we no longer carry it or — for brand new releases — we haven’t started stocking it yet. Get in touch directly and our team can let you know whether it’s coming, or suggest a suitable alternative.
